दिलासा
Posted onलिपटी रहती है चुप्पी, सर्द रातों के साये में,
गूंजती हैं खामोशियां, तन्हा रूह के परछाए में।
क़हर बर्पा सन्नाटों पर, जो तोड़ने लगे दम,
दिलासा ही दे जा तू, “फिर मिलेंगे हम”।।
This is when it’s been or it feels like an age when you’ve seen the other one. The nights have turned darker and more lonely. You want him/her to be with you even if you two are busy with anything (even not mutually inclusive), but just the sight of that person at an arm’s length is warm enough to keep you sane and feeling adored.
May these tough times pass by soon.
क्यों हम शर्माये?

सिरहन थी साँसों में, नज़रें न तुम मिला पाए।
घुमा-फिरा कर बातें, तुम टटोलते रहे जज़्बात मेरे,
पूछ ही लेते हमसे, “क्यों हम शर्माये ?”
When you are seeing someone but it seems to be a long distance relationship.
This is for the times when they catch up after months. Distance keeps them apart but they still want to see each other as soon as they can. The feelings stay ignited with flames going higher than before every time they meet.
And when they do meet finally, these feelings scream within but stay dodged!
